How can I make a reservation?
You can reserve a table for 1 to 8 people through our online reservation website. This page will show you our availability and will send you an immediate confirmation in the form of email or SMS. You must confirm with a credit or debit card to finalize your booking. Keep in mind that we do not charge you anything. It is only a security if you do not cancel before 24 hours of your booking time.
If the date you want is no longer available, we suggest that you put your name on the waiting list through our email: reservas@bensdavall.com. We will contact you if a cancellation occurs.
Do you accept children?
Being a long experience, our restaurant is not compatible with the little ones.
We do not accept children under 16 years of age. We do not accept children under 16 years of age. Please note that we do not have special children's menus or a la carte options, only our tasting menu.
Do you accept big groups?
We accept group size 6 to 15 depending on availability and through reservas@bensdavall.com , and from 15 to 50 by reserving the exclusivity of the restaurant in advance through the same email.
How can I change or cancel my reservation?
You can cancel or change through the confirmation email that was sent to you when you processed your reservation, if this is not possible through the confirmation email:
Please send us an email reservas@bensdavall.com and we will be happy to help you. Please keep in mind that you can only cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your reservation.
What is your cancelation policy?
The best way to cancel is through the link in your confirmation email. You can also do so by sending us an email to: reservas@bensdavall.com To avoid cancellation charges, all cancellations or changes to the number of guests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
What are your opening hours?
Spring Hours (lunch only):
From March 1 to June 2.
Open Wednesday to Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (reservation times) - Monday and Tuesday closed all day.
Summer Hours (nights only):
From June 4 to September 29.
Open Tuesday to Saturday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (reservation times)– Sunday and Monday closed all day.
Fall Hours (lunch only):
From October 2nd to October 27th.
Open Wednesday to Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (reservation times) - Monday and Tuesday closed all day.
Where is Béns d’Avall located?
Béns d’Avall is located at: Carretera de Deyá km 56, Sóller. We are between the town Sóller and Deyá which are approximately 10-15 minutes away from one or the other. From the main road follow the signs and directions for Bés d’avall restaurant to reach your destination.
We advise you to download Google Maps and start the route from your starting point in case you experience a loss of internet connection.
Béns d'Avall restaurant is located 45 minutes from the city Palma de Mallorca.
If you drive with your car, we do have private parking.

What type of food do you serve?
We exclusively offer our unique tasting menu; We do NOT have “a la carte”. Our menu is adjusted to seasonal products and includes around 12-14 dishes. We also offer a wine pairing.
Do you accept allergies or food restrictions?
Yes. If you notify us in advance. Please inform us of all allergies and/or dietary restrictions for all guests when making your reservation. You can also send us an email to reservas@bensdavall.com. Currently we are not yet able to offer a menu adapted to vegans and dairy intolerance. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Do you have a dress code?
Our dress code is smart casual. Please feel free to wear shorts and be comfortable. Please do keep in mind, our view makes it almost impossible not wanting a nice picture so dress to impress!
How can we pay for our meal?
We accept Visa and MasterCard, AMERICAN EXPRESS cards, as well as cash payment.
How long does the tasting experience last?
We believe that each table should eat at their own pace for maximum enjoyment, without being required to finish within a specific time. Our recommendation is that it lasts 2 to 3 hours to fully enjoy this gastronomic experience.
What should we do if our arrival time is delayed?
In order to provide the best possible service to all our clients, we place emphasis on arriving on time for your reservation. If you see that it may take a few minutes, there is no need to advise, but if it is going to take more than 30 minutes, please call us at +34971632381 Please remember that the show starts at your reserved time!
Is your restaurant wheelchair accessible?
The entrance to the restaurant is at street level, without steps, but due to building limitations we do not have bathrooms for wheelchair users. Please contact us if you have any special needs.
Can we take pictures and videos?
Naturally you can take photos for private use. The only thing we ask is that you do not take photos of other guests. If you would like a staff member to take your photo, do not hesitate to ask, we will be happy to do so.
